CNC MILLING
HAAS VF2-SS
We use HAAS VF2-SS CNC milling machine.
Table travels max. on X axis – 762 mm, max. on Y axis – 406 mm, spindle travels max. on Z axis – 508 mm
Workpiece dimensions depend on the finished part‘s shape, material, and elements which it contains. If there is an opportunity to make technological fastening holes through the center or in certain places, the dimensions of the preparation can reach up to 700 mm in length and 400 mm in width, the height depends on the shape of the product and the relevant requirements such as cleanliness and accuracy.
DMG MORI DMU 50
We also have a 5-axis DMG MORI DMU 50 for milling work. 5 axis and 3+2 milling provides the ability to efficiently process parts of different and unique configurations.
Spindle travels on X axis – 500 mm, on Y axis – 450 mm, on Z axis – 400 mm. Table rotates on C axis +/- 360 °, on B axis – +110 ° / -5 °

We can prepare drawings according to the client's needs, as well as design work with „Solidworks“ software.
